Sometimes no matter how careful you are, accidents can happen.
We understand that a new furniture or mattress purchase is an important decision and investment. We offer Accidental Protection Plans that allow you to relax and enjoy the beauty and comfort of your new furniture or mattress without the worry of life's little accidents.
This plan also include everything included in Service plan
✅ What’s Covered
This plan protects against accidental damage caused by unexpected events, including:

Spills and stains (food, beverages, bodily fluids)

Rips, tears, punctures, or burns
-
Pet-related damage (scratches, chewing, accidents)

Breakage of frames, springs, mechanisms due to accidents

Mattress damage from covered accidents (with proper mattress protector use)
🛏️ Special Mattress Coverage Conditions
To qualify for mattress accident protection, a mattress protector must be:

Purchased with or prior to mattress delivery

In use at the time of the accident

Waterproof and fitted to the correct size
Mattresses without a qualifying protector are not eligible for accident coverage.

General wear and tear or fading

Odors or mold caused by improper care

Acts of nature (flood, fire, etc.)

Mattresses not protected by a qualifying mattress protector
🛠️ How It Works

File a Claim – Contact us within 5 days of the accident.

Inspection – We’ll verify damage and confirm eligibility.

Repair or Replace – Covered items will be repaired, cleaned, or replaced at our discretion.
Protection Plan Details
The Protection Plan is designed to cover accidental stains or damages that occurred from a specific incident. Only the accidents listed in the above columns are covered under this Plan.

How to Get My Protection Plan Documents
You will receive a copy of your protection plan documents via the email address that you provided to your retailer at the time of your purchase. . Please review the terms and conditions of your plan. If you have any questions, contact Customer Service at 270-991-9905.
How to Submit a Service Request
- Call customer service within 30 days if a covered stain occurs.
- Have your itemized receipt and Plan documents in hand.
- Be prepared to describe the incident, including the size, location and when and how it occurred. A photo may be requested to better assist with your service.
