Delivery Process for Local Orders
At Hills Mattress & More, we want to ensure that your experience with our products extends beyond just the purchase. To provide the best service, we have partnered with a professional moving company to handle the delivery of your orders within a 20-mile radius of our store.
Here’s how the process works:

Professional Delivery and Setup:
Our trusted moving company will deliver your items to your designated location. Upon arrival, they will handle the setup of your items according to your preferences. We want to make sure everything is perfect before we leave. -
Packaging Removal:
After setup is complete, our delivery team will remove any leftover packaging from the product and ensure that your space is left clean and ready for you to enjoy your new items. -
Delivery Timeline:
All local deliveries have a one-week minimum lead time. Once your order is ready for delivery, our store will contact you to coordinate and finalize the delivery date and time. We want to ensure that the timing works for your schedule, so we’ll be in touch to arrange the most convenient time for you. -
Receiving Your Delivery:
Please note that someone over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery location to receive your items. This person will need to be available to confirm delivery and sign any necessary paperwork. We want to make sure your items arrive safely and are set up to your satisfaction.
